Eco Ltd is a commercial consulting firm working on contract. Contact us and we will be happy to give you an indication of the costs. If we are involved early on, for larger projects with good funding potential we may be willing to support the development of the monitoring framework in the proposal if we can play a role in the (monitoring) of the project once it is funded (and recover costs that way).
